 Property Inspections

We monitor the property and ensure that it is safe and secure and then report it back to the owner. This is a service that can be used all throughout the year but can be extra useful in the winter months when the property can be empty for longer periods. We will make sure the property is secure and look for water damages, infestations or general maintenance issues. While present at the property we will run the taps, open windows to air and collect mail if desired.
